If patients are diagnosed earlier with covid-19 and treated earlier too, are they more likely to have a mild case and survive?

Yes: If diagnosed early and make the virus stop going to lower respiratory track by using medications and other maneuvers such as having patient lay down on his belly , mixing oxygen with nitrous oxide etc. you can prevent the person going the to severe and critical cases and keep them in mild classification.
