If you catch COVID: Rest. Hydrate, Quarantine. If symptomatic consider acetaminophen, decongestant, or saline for nasal irrigation. If you have shortness of breath, blue lips or dizziness - please get urgent evaluation. Call your doctor if you are uncertain about the severity of your symptoms. There are no specific medications for COVID 19.
