However, if you test so soon, you may get a positive test result that is from the COVID 19 infection you just had. It would be likely that you would have immunity from COVID 19 for at least 90 days.

Not likely: There is an immune response and antibody production targeting the SARS CoV-2 virus once infected. Typically the antibodies are protective, but there have been cases of recurrence. Maintain isolation for at least 14 days, three days without fever, whichever is longer. Monitor for shortness of breath, fever, and cough. If these occur, re test, screening for both flu and COVID 19. Have a flu vaccine.
