A member asked:

Pulse pressure? my bp today - 112/87. so, pp of 25. too low? normal pp should be between 30 and 40? im also very lightheaded but this could be due to very low iron (being treated) and recent period. my pp is usually around 40 but occasionally lower.

Pulse pressure,: should be higher. Anemia could be cause, or just low fluid volume. Taking pulse and pressure, lying down, and standing, is good test see how well pressure and pulse remain steady or not. Orthostatic vital signs, could be helpful. A drop in BP of ≥20 mm Hg, or in diastolic BP of ≥10 mm Hg, or experiencing lightheadedness or dizziness is considered abnormal.
