Sinusitis: 3 sinuses surround each eye. These all could be from chronic sinusitis acting up with an acute episode. You also have gerd. An ENT consult for both is indicated.

?inner eary: This can be due to sinusitis, inner ear issue or blood pressure lowering when you stand up. You really need to see your internist for a good work up.
