Rib cage pain ?'s: Pain in the rib cage area "under left breast" may just be muscular, but check with your OB physician if it persists. "Vaginal bones" pain is usually due to a separation of the left and right branches of the pubic bone, caused by softening of cartilage which allows bone to bone contact. This will not resolve until after delivery.
