Hi, a week ago i had surgery to see if my testicle was twisted and they took the testicle out and fortunately its just infected, im on antibiotics and cant do sport for 6 weeks so my question is when is it safe to start masturbating again?

Same as sports: While there is no definitive answer, after orchiectomy it can take up to 2 months to return to regular sexual activity. Each case is different and the surgeon who performed the removal would be the best person to ask.
