I banged the inside of my wrist on the flat part of a nail. it caused a minor abrasion that bled very little and my vein is now swollen, hard and painful. should i be worried?

Phlebitis : this is some type of phlebitis. given this is a superficial vein warm compress an NSAID should probably resolve the issue. if you would experience any redness or fever this can get infected should be seen.
