My 4 year old daughter is having diarrhea after she started taking an antibiotic augmentin es600. she started on friday & she has diarrhea once a day for 2 out of the 3 days she has been taking the medicine. should i continue or change medication?

Contact her doc: Sometimes this is the most effective med for the issue so efforts to work around any side effect may be needed. Her doc would make that call. Fresh bananas, applesauce & breads often slow diarrhea & allow poop to firm up. If an alternative is started diarrhea may still continue for days from 1st drug if it was the cause.
