Underneath my aunts eye its swollen it has turned really red and its puffy its gotten worse over a week im wondering what she can do to help with that?

Swelling: Cure depends on cause. Could be insect bite, allergic reaction, blocked tear duct, infection, cyst, and so many other possibilities. Please take your aunt to her General Physician or a Specialist Ophthalmologist, especially as problem is getting worse with time.
