My nose discharges are green, it has been for like a week now, it became really worst for like 4 days my nose was running all the time but during that time the discharge was colorless, now it's green again, do i need to take antibiotics?

Maybe, maybe not: This doesn't necessarily mean you have a bacterial infection such as sinusitis, which might need an antibiotic -- but it's possible. Check with your doctor about it.
