Every now and then i get this funny/tingly uncomfortable feeling in my pelvic area. its mainly by my genitals and i struggling to sit/sleep. i have had an mri and it came back clear. what could it be?

Assuming female...: For a clitoris that "gets irritated" off and on, or unusual sensations, one should see her Ob-Gyn doctor to get a close-up exam under good lighting, perhaps with magnification. That's the best way to see if there are cracks in the skin, skin inflammation, herpes sores, intermittent arousal, etc... Just looking at it from a couple of feet away won't likely detect what is causing the sensations.
