COVID and asthma: We don't really know (yet) how high the risk is for any particular person. You are right to be concerned: people with poorly controlled asthma likely are are at elevated risk for COVID-19 complications. Your fiancee should take standard precautions: avoid crowds, lots of hand washing, etc. And quick medical advice if exposed. If exposed, the risk of dangerous outcome is low even in this situation.
