What type of medication should i take?

Depends on advice: No advice on this forum. This is a public forum for basic information only. That said, a person should see her primary care doctor if having joint pains. A diagnosis is needed. If having also abdominal bloating, that can be either a separate issue (and is more likely to be serious if no longer a child, teen, or college-aged adult), or it can be related to joint pains. A good in-person exam helps.
