I have problem with my back pain especially at my shoulder and it will effect me with dizziness. what type of medication should i take. tq.?

None w/out diagnosis: Presentation is interesting.In my pain practice, i've seen similar.Frequently, the problem is rib dysfunction which causes pain near the shoulder (usually behind shoulder).This same problem can affect muscles, nerves, & blood flow to the head causing neck pain &/or problems like dizziness.A good history & physical including an osteopathic hands-on exam may find the cause leading to cure-w/out meds.
