i felt some lymph nodes the size of half a marble behind my newborn’s ears. there’s no fever. she’s 7 weeks old and hasn’t gotten vaccinated. should i worry/ take her to the doctor?

Reactive nodes : The lymph nodes are most likely a reaction to infection or inflammation and a way that the body reacts to these conditions. The baby is due for vaccinations at the age of two months and this may be discussed at the time. Watch for signs of infection including fever and rash.
