What are helpful recommendations to reduce or rid the occurrences of seizures?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Anti-seizure meds: The single best way to reduce or even eliminate seizures is to take anti-seizure medicine. There are many different medicines out there, so i cannot tell you which one to take but your neurologist can help you. You also want to get regular sleep, and avoid drinking a lot of alcohol as this can lower the seizure threshold. However, doing the latter two w/o seizure meds will be ineffective.
