In addition to the above, the red mass on my inner (right) eyelid has started to secrete a light yellow liquid. this happened for the first time this morning. there is also a dull pain behind my right eye.

Ophthalmologist: Consult an ophthalmologist for diagnosis and treatment. This is most likely a chalazion which has become infected and may require treatment with antibiotic drops and/ or oral medications. In the meantime applying warm compresses are important.
