Left ovary pain ?'s: At age 59, usually menstruation has stopped (average age 54) but your ovaries are still producing estrogen as the pituitary is producing much more stimulation of the ovaries , which may lead to an ovarian cyst which can cause the pain. See your gyn for a pelvic ultrasound to determine the cause.
