I have a sharp pain in my heart region which intensifies when i bend down by the waist, what could the cause be?

pain in sternum: Likely may be reflux or galbaldder could try famotidine or omeprazole for reflux; ultrasound will check gallbladder, rarely pancreas check lipase level . May also rarely be cardiac so consider EKG and echocardiogram that would check for structural abnormalities CXR will check for any major chest lung abnormalities like enlarged nodes. F/u/ w/ MD
