I need to know if what i am feeling is the implantation process for pregnancy or something else. i missed my period by a few days, and it seems my normal period cramps are coming in and out, but no bleeding at all. i feel naueous and my stomach hurts?

No such "feeling": Only after a positive pregnancy test can tell a woman that PRIOR spotting was actually implantation bleeding. There is no such thing as "feeling" an implantation. It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result about 3 weeks after sex or 1 week after missing a period.
