Ok: OK at any age. Depends on your need. A common "anti wrinkle" cream is tretinoin (Retin A) which is very effective for acne.

Sure: But the best wrinkle treatment is prevention. That means limit sun exposure, sunscreen, sunglasses/hats and stop smoking. Eat a well balanced diet and get adequate sleep.
