Hard to say: The type & seriousness of eczema varies from case to case. There are a number of steroid creams/lotions,non-steroid creams and skin care plans used by dermatologists depending on the needs. The steroid creams come in varying strengths and bathing/skin care plans are helpful. A visit with your doc or a dermatologist to get a written skin plan may be your best plan.
