Im doing physical therapy 3x a week for possible tendinitis in my knee. I noticed my calf has been hurting in back of leg about two days after pt. Got tested for blood clots in mid Sept & was ok. Should I get retested or could it be the exercises?

Blood clot in leg? For a couple of days, my left calf has felt weird. At times, I feel a slight burning or throbbing sensation. I haven't had any pain, swelling, discoloration. What could this be? Treatment plans? Should I go to ER or to my PCP?
