When i first started fludrocortisone 0.1mg half a pill would drop my potassium to 3.2. now years later ive built up to 2 0.1mg pills and my potassium is 4.2. is this some sort of tolerance build up?

Tolerance is possibl: Serum potassium of 4.2 is normal. Some amount of tolerance to fludrocortisone is possible after few years.
