COVID-19: It can be either one (the bacterial pneumonia or the coronavirus) or both.

COVID-19: Most COVID-19 infected patients died of likely immune-mediated ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome). The patient certainly started with viral pneumonia, which may or may not superimposed with bacterial pneumonia during the course of the disease.
