Dr. or ER can help: Too many symptoms and details to try to guess the possibilities on a public forum, but for a guy in his late 60's, there is a low threshold for seeing a doctor. If one cannot reach one's primary care doctor on the phone for advice now, the ER would be a wise place to go get examined... to check out the severe headache, rapid heart rate, changes in vision, etc...
