Hi good day i am +-30 weeks pregnant and for 2 days i've been experiencing weird pain in my stomach... it feels like a pain when one need to pass gas but it doesn't want to come out, however i've passed gas and i've had one stool today. please help?

Could be cramping: of the uterus, best course of action is an exam and testing with your doctor, or the OB unit at the hospital, to be sure. Preterm labor can be very serious.
