Must see a doctor: Your symptoms are worrisome. Not enough information present to give specific advice as to cause. Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) or infectious gastroenteritis are just two of several possible causes. If you are passing large amounts of blood in the toilet or feel faint or dizzy standing you should go to the ER. Otherwise, see your physician as soon as possible for evaluation.
