Sounds normal: Having several small lymph nodes in the neck is common in many people and not necessarily abnormal. The lab tests you had are very accurate, so HIV is not a possible cause (and HIV doesn't cause lymph node enlargement in only one area like the neck) Probably not hepatitis, mono, or EBV either. If you otherwise feel well, probably nothing is wrong. Discuss with your doctor.
