In third world. if pandemic were to occur, where would one be safer? in a city (access to complex, but very full hospitals, lots of sick) or in the countryside, way less people/sick but not as brilliant hospital if one somehow still got infected?

Country side: Will decrease the risk of infection significantly and with the lack of disease directed treatments the hospital’s higher level of complexity would only make a difference in catastrophic situations such as renal or pulmonary failure and even then large hospitals would not have the capacity to offer life support measures to all.
