Doctor can evaluate: Bacterial (not viral) sinusitis is treated with antibiotics to kill bacteria in the sinuses, plus a decongestant (often a combination such as Claritin-D or Zyrtec-D), and a steroid nasal spray such as mometasone to shrink some of the swelling inside the nose... to allow the sinuses to properly drain. One can try a video consultation on HealthTap, or see a doctor in-person, or do both.
