Testicular pain: Testicular pain can be from torsion or orchitis or epididymitis. Torsion is usually sudden onset of pain. Orchitis is often not his rapid of onset and is associated with a viral illness traditionally bumps has been a cause. epididymitis is infection or inflammation of the epididymis. This is the sac that contains sperm on the top of the testicle.
