I have been prescribed tropaz and symbicord for asthma. what can be done to mitigate the side effects of the tropaz?

Vit D and Calcium: Tropaz may be associated with osteoporosis. A diet with calcium rich foods and a Vitamin D supplement may be taken after checking with your Physician. Symbicort is used to control asthma symptoms, and the use of Albuterol inhaler is included as a rescue medication for shortness of breath and wheezing. If your asthma is not well controlled, and you still need Albuterol, please follow up.
