Maybe. Maybe not.: Details matter. "Consulting with Medical Aid" seems to mean discussing health insurance coverage for some person or some thing. That should be done before getting a service if a person is worried about having to self-pay for a service. For true emergencies like appendicitis, stroke, heart attack pain, etc., don't worry about coverage (just get care). What type of implant are we talking about?
