Time for the doctor: Urine should not have visible blood in it. A person with "blood or red colored urine" needs a doctor's evaluation. If one's primary care doctor is not available, her Ob-Gyn doctor may be able to help, or the ER doctor certainly can help. There may be a urine infection or other problem in the kidneys, ureters, bladder, etc...
