DVT symptoms: This doesn't sound like DVT, which usually doesn't cause intermittent pain (cramping) or twitching. The main DVT symptoms are leg swelling, usually most noticeable in the calf, which may or may not be painful. But if in doubt, see a doctor to be sure.
