Balanced nutrition: An estimate using parental height , your expected final height as 65.5 in. A simple x-ray of the left hand and wrist can be assessed for bone maturity. Most 15 yo can expect some growth (1-2 in not 6) but a bone maturity index of 18 would mean you are finished. Good balanced nutrition, adequate sleep and regular exercies will help you maximize your growth.
