Probably not: Remeron and trazodone both increase serotonin,also what StJohns Wort does-run the risk of serotonin syndromeWork with a-psychiatrist to manage these meds and address the discomfort you are having. There are a number of good choice meds that would work well with remeron and trazodone .I would also think there might be a better choice than the 2 sleep meds together. www.10faq.com/serotonin symptoms
