Not commonly: Discuss this switch w/ the Doc who prescribes. Headaches are NOT a common side effect of Remeron (mirtazapine) either, so it might be something else entirely. Also those meds are not exactly interchangeeable. It's a good idea to seek possible direct cause of headache and to discuss choices w/ Doc. Best!
