I have a spontaneous rash on both forearms, on my left wrist, and right hand, as well as my entire upper back. i also have some phlegm in my sinus and a sore throat. i am allergic to dogs, but no food. this is completely out of the blue.

Rash: I agree with it Dr S. A rash needs to be seen to provide you a definite answer. I wonder if you have a viral rash that occurs with upper respiratory infections
