More info needed: There is not enough description of your symptoms in order to make a differential diagnosis and advise you. You could have a viral intestinal tract infection which should gradually resolve. Eat a light bland diet with no roughage, drink adequate fluids,take Tylenol. If symptoms worsen instead of gradually improving, see an MD for evaluation.
