Infection...: 30 y/o says I just came from a trip and developed stomach cramps, fever, chills and diarrhea. It's been about 2 days with up and down fevers (highest being 101.8)? All these symptoms suggest one has some infection in the Body. Time to see the Doctor is now. Please do.
