I have taken sporanox two days ago and today i found out i was pregnant via a pregnancy stick. is my baby at risk?

Probably not: The problem here is that no one does research giving pregnant women any drugs to see what happens, but when they look at people like you who inadvertently took it in pregnancy there was no clear evidence of harm.
