White patches appeared on both side of my scrotum and i'm not sure what caused it. i also noticed a few white hairs growing there. could it be the symptom of a more serious underlying condition? i would be very glad to hear some professional opinion.

Patches: The most common cause for patches on the scrotum would be a fungal infection. However, bacterial infection would cause patches too. Either way white patches are not normal. Probably good idea to be seen.
