Possibilities: The differential for red eye include the following: viral or bacterial conjunctivitis, allergic conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis, pinguecula, pterygium, corneal ulcer. Sounds like your antibacterials have not resolved the issue. The recurrence with sinus problem would suggest a blockage such as nasolacrimal duct. This drains into the sinuses and if obstructed would cause recurrent eye redness.
