I'm currently taking levothyroxine in the evening. i would like to start taking it in the mornings. will it be ok to go ahead and take a full dose in the morning, after i took it the prior evening, and then take every morning from then on?

Yes: The transition would have no significant effect on your overall treatment or symptoms. Just remember to take it. Sometimes making a change like this will make you forget the med if taking it is not made as part of your routine.
