Moisturizer: Apply moisturizer several times per day. A moisturizer without fragrance and avoiding immersion in water may be helpful.

I saw a dermatologist in OH months ago and they said it's dyshidrotic eczema. took pills and applied triamcinolone acetonide ointment 0.1% prescribed to me. they didn't go away, got worse, irresistibly itchy. it's infected now, I think.
