This depends: This depends on where the telangectasias are. On the skin or eye lid they are associated with redness and inflammation, and can be seen with blepharitis and rosacea. Retinal telangectasias, on the other hand, are not necessarily associated with inflammation but can cause vision loss. Depending on the location and the cause the treatments vary.
