My tongue/jaw has been twitching for over 4 months. nothing happens when the muscles are at rest, but if i flex my tongue or shift my jaw so that my canines touch, my tongue or the whole jaw will start twitching uncontrollably. any ideas for causes?

Jaw: Hemifascial spasm, TMJ problem or Tic disorder all possibilities.
